As field watches, historically these pieces had to meet precise and rigorous specifications based on high criteria, notably robustness and readability. Concerning the latter, the military had to be able to read the time or measure times in all situations, even those where darkness was lacking, and as quickly as possible. Also, regarding robustness, the proper functioning of these watches had to be completely ensured, regardless of the conditions of use, even the most dangerous. It is within this framework of great precision that the CARL-MIL-01 collection was created. With its typical aesthetic of iconic military pieces from the 40s/50s mixed with an ultra modern design, as well as diabolical precision, these models are the perfect companions for today’s strong and intrepid personalities. As part of the launch of the CARLINGUE brand, the CT-003-A model, produced in only 100 pieces, was produced. Resolutely vintage, this model features a silver gray dial, hands in blued and red lacquered steel and painted indexes with a design typical of watchmaking production of the period. A magnificent “gun metal” gray PVD coating enhances the middle and buckle, accentuating the badass and exclusive character of the piece.
